[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this air conditioner works so very well. Cools down the living room & kitchen in minutes. And love how it constantly regulates the 68° temperature setting when you're away for the day. Yes, it is loud, but what air conditioner isn't? And so far no performance problems with the unit itself or remote. I recommend this brand and modern to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this window A/C during the latter part of September, 2017 to replace another brand that is no longer in existence but lasted - would you believe - over 33 years. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of how our new A/C works and although we don't expect it to be reliable for 33 years, we hope it will continue to provide a cool temperature throughout our three downstairs rooms for a reasonable amount of time.

Needs a stronger blower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older 22k unit in the same window with this one. Features and noise level are all much better than what we replaced, but it just doesn’t seem to cool the far reaches of the space we’re cooling as much or as quickly as I expected. Otherwise it’s a solid unit and we’re happy with it, I’m sure it’d be spectacular in a slightly more confined area that our application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd one. I bought 1st one 2 years ago. After 1 summer found out the coils had a non fixable leak. Warranty was out a month earlier. So I got a new one with 3 year warranty. This one cools great no troubles about 4 months now. Cools my big room 30 x 12.
