Black stopped printing after 1 or 2 days. Not a problem with the printer- it prints fine with another black cartridge and the color cartridges.

Hello,
It seems you eliminated the printer as a potential cause. A cartridge should not stop printing after a day or two. That is not the customer experience we strive for at HP.
I recommend you reach out to HP at hp.com/contactHP. In some cases, returns or exchanges are possible.
I only got two pages printed, now there is NO black ink! I am so very tired of spending so much money on this ink only to get it and there is no ink in the cartridge. I have VERY important documents that I need to get printed. This was not nice! Not nice at all. The stress this has caused is unfair. I should not be forced to buy more ink. I do not know what I am going to do at this point, but I do know I am very unhappy with your products lately.

Hi Debra,
It sounds like running out of ink disrupted your day. You were in a rush to get some important documents printed. I am sorry this happened to you. Let's figure out what happened together.
After two pages, it is unlikely the cartridge is empty. - I would check the ink levels in the printer. - If the printer levels say it is empty, look for a leak. Occasionally, a customer will puncture the cartridge while inserting it. - Check the copper contacts on the printhead. If there is residue, clean it with a cotton swab.
If the cartridge is intact but defective, please return it to HP. The return policy is listed here at https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/ReturnsandExchanges?id=page-return-exchange-policy/. We certainly do not want you to feel you had to waste money.
