My son could just print 100 to 150 pages of regular school home work over a period of 2 months, then all of the toners is empty. This happens after an update of the printer software from the HP. Something fishy going on with the HP printer update software!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello,
I am sorry that you encountered this problem with the cartridges you ordered. I am sorry to hear about this.
It is highly unlikely that an update of the printer's software could drain the cartridges. However, if it appears a cartridge started out low, or is defective, you can reach out to us about that.
After getting new ink it is still not working.....

Hi,
I am sorry that the printer is not working with this cartridge. That has to be distressing.
It could be that the printhead inside the printer is clogged and not letting the ink through properly. A cleaning can help that. There is an option to clean the printhead in the printer's menu.
If that helps, the printer might have been turned off using a power strip or switch. The printer's power button should always be used to turn it off. That will let it 'park' so that the printhead is protected from excess drying, which can cause clogs to form in the tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper.
If repeated cleanings do not help at all, consider returning it to us. Step-by-step instructions for completing the return and exchange process is covered at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
ordered here so I could have an extended expiration date not seen in stores. I use this on a home printer and I need the inks not to expire. also these inks are hard to find in stores.
Hard to find ink. Ordered with the colors so I will have ready when I need it. Came with an expiration of 9 months. Wish it was longer. Not sure if the expiration date means, dry ink in 9 months. Or just a sell date to move product.
Printer gives me an error message with this cartridge.

Hi,
I am sorry that the cartridge is not working. It is most likely defective.
Please consider returning it to us. Step-by-step instructions for completing the return and exchange process is covered at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
Cheap Chinese made cartridges that have done nothing but give me a headache. No amount of removing and unplugging and jumping up and down on one leg will make the printer recognize these brand new cartridges. Will be returning and then researching options for a new printer. This is so typical of HP.

I have been using HP ink since I bought my HP printer several years ago and have never disappointed. It has always worked well and been a great product.
