[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and was pleased. However, my printer wouldn't pick up the paper so had to go out and purchase a replacement. So a new model later and have to have different ink cartridges. So we purchased a new HP 8025 and joined the automatic ink service. HP machines are reliable so that is what influenced our purchase.
