Trouble with cartridge, needed to clean print head

Printer was printing black ok prior to installation of new ink cartridges. All 4 cartridges were replaced. Colors were printing fine, but black did not. After multiple cleaning of the print head, 1/2 of the "New" cartridges were used up !!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
