When installed, my printer responded Genuine and HP ink is all I would ever use in my HP printers. I prefer the XL Cartridge since I feel its a better buy.

the ink cart.#920XL didnt print properly after about a week,so i installed another(I purchased 2 online)and it worked ok. It must have been defective, but then again nothing is PERFECT. Still a good product. The second one is working perfectly

leaks when opening

Each time I have opened one of these cartridges, it leaks profusely when I break off the orange arm as directed. This only seems to happen on the XL Black cartridge. I now do it inside a garbage bag, but the mess is still bad and a fair bit of the ink comes out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
