I open the Black and it lecked all over me and my rug I was very disapointed had to clean it all up and I dont know how much I have left.

I have always use hp inks in my printers since your first inkjet back in '88. they always work, only problem is expensive.

Cartridge stopped working

Customer service and delivery were excellent. However, shortly after installation, the black 920XL cartridge stopped printing. I had to remove, shake it, and re-install it several times to get it to start printing again. First time this has happened with any of the HP cartridges I have ordered. Hopefully this is a one-time occurrence.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it is wonderful to be able to order on line and get a better price for a excellent product. I am in grad school and do not have the time to go to a store and fight the crowds, wait in line and pay twice as much..

It goes without saying that the HP Ink Cartridges are better than those that you get at the refill stores. The price is competive and the delivery is great.

The printinting clarity is excellant , the cartridge is convienient, and delievery time of re-order is very good. The HP Officejet 6500 all in one printer fits all my needs.
