lately more than 25% of these ink cartridges perform poorly ink is either old or partially dried out and after printing only a couple of pages, printing becomes uneven

I followed the instructions. I've replaced my cartridges before, so I know how to do it. The black cartridge doesn't work. Neither does the cyan. If I try to print something in black and white, I get a blank sheet. If I try to print something in color, it comes out pink and yellow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since this is the only ink cartridge that fits my printer, all I can say is it's easy to install, ink runs out uniformly and succinctly. Unless I get a message from my printer that the ink is low, it will take you by surprise. Ink one minute, empty the next. Price could be lower. Free next business day delivery is great!

The HP Printer we have will not take the 920 Black that was sent to us. The color combo is fine.

Ink is OK; printer won't print black!

It's hard to "review" an ink cartridge, but I bought new cartridges in the hope that it would solve a problem with my 11-month-old Officejet 6500A printer. It didn't. The printer suddenly stopped printing black ink. Alignment is fine, everything else works -- I just can't print black ink. Any ideas?
