Ordering my ink supplies via intranet is quick and easy. The delivery time is amazingly fast. I like the recycling envelopes, it's good to know that they won't end up in a landfil.

I love my HP All In One and the extra large black ink cartridge means I don't have to order ink nearly as often. This is important to me because living in Alaska produces a wide variety of postal challenges. I am impressed that your product arrived exactly on time as promised.

I used to purchase the standard black ink but soon realized I print so much that I have color left but no black and it always seems to run out at the wrong time. I purchased the XL black to avoid the continuous replacement of the cartridge. I am happy with it.

I once purchased a non-HP printer and after a year and five print heads, I took it back and all the rest have been HP and there has not been one that has had any difficulties!
