The peace of mind having an ink cartridge last for almost 4 months of pretty heavy use is something I really love about my 920XL purchase. This is perhpaps the 8th or 9th time I have come back for more and each time, I realize that my decision to purchase an HP Officejet 6500 printer with this optional cartridge available was one of my smarter moves. Why replace every few weeks as I used to do before when this one gives me more time to forget about ink and think about content?

as a rule, in fact always before-excellent, however I have only had it in a few days and the yellow is saying it needs to be replaced? I use a lot of ink, I make cards! Wouldn't use anything else but HP

The fact that the product quality is totally superior to any ink cartridge product I've ever tried, the home delivery is off the charts. I live in Michigan, and I've run out of ink (sometimes pushing it to the limit) at 6:00 pm EST. I put in my order (super easy) and the cartridges arrive the next morning!!!! It's wild. I love it...love the whole process.
