I live far from office supply stores so this free shipping option is convenient for me. The reason for the lack of one star is that I would have liked info on disposal of the old cartridge or better, a way to recycle it.

l aways buy the larger black ink for my printer. It tells me I can print up to 1200 pages but I would bet I get more then that. Even if the computer says it's empty, I get a few dozen more pages out of it. Can't do that with a refilled product. I know, I tried it once and barely got half as many pages and a lot of those were messy. Never use anything but Original HP ink...
