I am very happy with HP service related to my purchase of ink replacement cartridges. I always use HP ink because of bad experences with non HP cartridges. You can't go wrong with the best.

Not sure if the cartridge or my printer, but after about half usage-time and digital display- the cartridge stopped printing. Removed and shook it, no benefit. Fortunately the shaking worked on the previous cartridge that had similar problems and it is working.
I would recommend this to a friend!
