This is the 7th UPS I have purchased from APC. This product is the quickest I've seen. When the power goes down, if it wasn't for the audio alert, I would not known it had happen. Nice!

It is wonderful to purchase a product from an American company that is solidly built and priced for value. I love the concept of turning in my older model and getting a new one! Good enviornmental strategy and a win-win!

Simple - Good or Bad?

APC has always been a great product choice. We employ a number of their units in varying sizes and configurations. When I saw an exchange / recycle program, it made it that much better. However, there was not much information about it. I expected a return label or instructions when the new unit was shipped. Nothing. I expect I'll recycle on my own, and then they'll contact me about why I didn't return the unit.

Super Protector

I replaced an APC Surge Protector which was destroyed when our Electric Meter blew up and sent 220 Volts thru our house. That protector had been in use for about 6 years with no problems. It did it's job!!
I called APC as soon as possible after the event.
The new APC-UPS ES 350 is a great product and I expect the same outstanding results with this one as with the old one.
The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very professional, courteous, and customer oriented.
I will buy another APC if this is destoyed.

It just works

I've had two units in service for over 4 years now. I just added two more. They keep my systems powered and safe. I don't even have to think about them until its time to check/change the batteries. I count on their reliability and have never been disappointed.
