Longevity is good but too shaky!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model about 10 years ago and it is still working without having to have had any repairs, so that is a plus. I will say though that it is VERY shaky and loud when spinning which is a huge downside and disappointing since the True Balance feature was part of the selling point. For this reason I probably wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Purchased a few years ago and all of a sudden it started banging noise Littlet didI know that the bearings broke and the machine started to smoke up and ended up have to call the fire department. Machine is not repairable had to purchase a new one
