I love the LG washer that I purchased. It utilizes the least water consumption that I have ever seen in a washer and still produces a quality washed load. It is basically pretty user friendly for the kids and I feel comfortable allowing them to wash their own loads with minimal supervision of a high-tech appliance.
Pros: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design

A FIVE STAR MACHINE!

I would have rated this 5 star almost across the board, but my cursor must not be working right. This machine is wonderful! The only little complaint I could come up with is that is makes a small thumping noise when running, but I'm sure that's just a balance/leveling issue, and service is coming to check it out next week. I love all the features! This machine rated highly on Consumer Reports, so I bought it mainly based on that, but ended up loving it too! I expect to get lots of great use with it, washing for my family of 9.

I absolutely love this machine. Bought as a matching set (Washer and dryer). It is amazing to watch how it uses the least amount of water and electricity but cleans everything! My water bill has dropped $20 dollars a month!!! WHich is amazing. I would recommend this to everyone. Also clothes come out so fresh and clean.

This is my first purchase of a front loader. Could have not picked a better buy. So much better than my old washer and dryer set. It is great to have a tub of laundry dry in about 45 mins.

The Best Washer I've Ever Owned

This washer is not only quiet but very efficient. Pretty easy to use, but recommend to read the manual.
If this is your first front load washer there are some regular maintenance to be done, but nothing too difficult. Wish the price was better, but I’m very pleased with the product.

My husband and I have 4 children, so when our washer and dryer went out, a LOT of thought went into purchasing our next one. This washer is AMAZING! First of all, I can't say enough about how clean our clothes are now! Our clothes smell a TON cleaner and I didn't change our laundry soap or fabric softner, so it's definetly the washer not saturating the clothes in dirty water. When a load is finished, the clothes aren't dripping in water like in our old washer. This cuts down on the dry time too! I was worried about not purchasing the pedistals, but it doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I think it would make the washer too high. With 4 children laundry is quite a chore, but now it's so much fun (and we've had our washer/dryer set for a few months now). The washer plays a cute little tune when the load is done~you should see everyone run to switch the laundry in our house! They love it! It's simple enough that our 13, 12 and 11 year olds can all operate both the washer and dryer. My husband works outside a lot and gets his clothes crazy dirty...I have yet to see this washer miss a spot! We use a TON LESS detergent also, which has saved us quite a bit of money. I can't say enough amazing things about this set! We were on a budget and I couldn't believe the great value we were able to get with our money! In fact we love ours so much, that my mother-in-law purchased her own set!

I love this washer. It holds so much clothing and does a very good job with a lot less water. I've heard folks complain about the wash time being long , but it cuts the drying time in half (if not more) and thats where your electric bill is affected most. We had trouble with vibration since we don't have a solid basement floor, but that was quickly resolved using noodles as seen on YouTube. It is so quiet, we can't tell if its running. Also, unlike some front loaders, you can pause the washer if you want to throw an extra piece of clothing in. I hope it last forever. No more toploaders for us. Thanks LG!!!!!

Best Washer I've Ever Owned!

This is the best washer I have ever owned! I love how much clothes I can put in there, and they all come out clean! My last front loader was noisy. Now, I hardly hear this one. The ONLY thing I have to complain about is the buzzer sound. It's not a "buzzer" sound, but a melody, and it's not that loud. Sometimes I don't hear it at all. Other than that, it's wonderful!!

Cons: "buzzer" sound
