So far, so good

First front load I've owned, and on the whole I am amazed at how clean everything comes out with so little water.
We still have vibration problems at begin of spin cycle but tech assures it's OK. Some of the selectors that each control two features are not easy to use. For the second feature, for which you hold the button longer, there is no way to tell it's on or off.
It was easier to clean filter on old topload...having it at bottome is difficult. And having to dry everything each time I finish washing is a drag. However, on the whole, I'm quite pleased with cleaning ability and water savings.
Pros: low water use
Cons: Features/Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is by far the best washer we have ever used. We are very impressed with the quality and ease of use. This is the first washer we have used that has a cycle to clean the wash drum.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, ease of keeping clean

I have had my LG washer for three months. It replaced a top loading washer. What an improvement. It uses less water, less detergent, and it is soooo quiet you hardly know it is running. I would definitely recommend this machine!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Conserves water beyond our previous top-load washer. Also, does a much better job of rinsing the clothes which cuts down on drying time (and energy). Overall a solid, well made product.
Pros: Performance, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Purchase, Good Deal

We bought this washer to replace one that finally gave up. This washer is very different and uses much less water. It washes very well and with the help of an Oxy Clean power pack gets out most stains. My only complaint is that while most loads take very little time to dry because of the low amount of water and excellent spin cycle, a load of towels takes 2 dryer cycles! Other than that I love how easy it is to use and how well it does it's job.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Cons: not good with heavy loads like towels
I would recommend this to a friend!

High quality, high tech washer

This washer feels solidy built. The controls are laid out well and are mostly intuitive. There are tons of wash settings, but you don't have to deal with it if you don't want to, just use one of the common preset modes. I like how it has a pleasant jingle instead of a buzzer when it finishes.
It is extremely water and electricity efficient. I was surprised at the EPA energy rating card that came with it. $13/year which is almost the lowest on the scale! By comparison, the highest is $71/yr.
I got the stacking kit to put the dryer on top. The only con I can give this is the washer is very heavy, much heavier than my previous stacking one. Because it's so heavy, it's very difficult to slide on its rubber feet, especially with the extra weight of the dryer. I cut up some thick pieces of cloth and put them under each foot so I could slide it on the tile.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, water efficiency
Cons: very heavy

A mighty fine washer

I was looking for a washer so I could take advantage of the tax incentive rebate. I looked at several models. The lg was a good price. I was happy with the lg dryer I purchased last november so I decided to get the washer to match. The pair stack on top of each other which is great. I didn't recieve a manual with my purchase but I was able to operate it just fine. It was fairly easy and very quite also. Cleans excellantly and there is plenty of room for queen size comfortors.
