We've only run a few loads through the washer, but so far we're very impressed with it. It's quiet and easy to use. Recommended by Consumer Reports. This is our first front loader. Got a really good deal at the hhgregg grand opening in Annapolis. The delivery/setup guys did a great job.

Talk about 'LIFE"S GOOD", this washer is great!
With the help from Cash For Clunkers and Consumer Reports, we decided to upgrade our old washer. We are so glad we did. The washer is very easy to use and does a fantastic job. It also runs very quiet. This especially helps my wife sleep at night when I decide to find time to do my laundry. I can even watch my movies and not be bothered with grrrr,grrrr,grrrr from both the washer and my wife. She's happy, I'm happy, LIFE"S GOOD!!!!!

just bought this 3 weeks ago and am very pleased with it. previously had a 16 year old low end washer which was problem free. clothes come out smelling fresher and looking cleaner and less beat up. the fast spin cycle really makes drying take less time. hope this LG is as problem free as my old washer.

Instructions say to leave the washer door ajar to prevent mold build-up. However, when you open the washer door it flies open. I do not like having to use tape on my new washer to keep the door ajar.
We also had to install a water hammer arrestor to stop the water pipe from knocking.
Other than the door problem the washer works great.

Great basic washing machine

This machine is a great value. It does not have some of the advanced feature that more expensive models do, but the price reflecs this.
I have been using this washer for about 3 months now and I am very happy with the performance so far. The clothes are very clean when the cycle is done, and the spin cycle wrings a lot of the moisture out of them so that drying is fery fast. This machine is also very quiet.

This washer made my wife very happy. She had been eyeing front loaders for some time and when our old washer "died" she knew what she wanted. This washer is saving us money: uses less detergent, less water, and by the time the clothes come out, they require less drying time. The large capacity means that we are doing fewer loads each week.
