I bought this two weeks ago because they discontinued the old style. The new style does not work as well. I do not recommend it

When using the Holmes filters, I have to refill the tank slightly more often, and the measured relative humidity is slightly higher than when compared to other brands. For me this is desirable, as I am trying to keep the relative humidity above a certain level. The Holmes filters also seem to last 1-2 weeks longer than other brands.
I would recommend this to a friend!
