I HAVE HAD THIS HUMIDIFIER FOR OVER 3 YEARS. ALL IT HAS EVEN NEEDED WAS FILTERS. I WISH EVERY ITEM THAT I PURCHASED FROM OTHER COMPANIES WERE MADE AS RELIABLE AS MY HOLMES HUMIDIFIER.

they are not the right size by just a smidgen. I have to frige around to get the top over just right so it doesn't crush the side of the filter. Aggravating.

Old humidifier forgotten in attic because store didn't carry replacement filters when I ran out. Fast forward many years to the Internet era & we can now find replacement filters online!!! Humidifier runs perfectly fine & is a welcome addition to our dry living room during this cold & dry winter! Thank you Holmes for continuing to have this filter size available!

Prices were far lower than local store and shipping was free with purchase of several filters. Since I change filters once a month, I go through a lot of filters in the winter months. I use Holmes humidifiers and filters. Very pleased with both.

MY HUMIDIFIER IS AN OLDER MODEL. IT IS OVER 3 YEARS OLD AND THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THE FILTERS. I WENT TO COMPANY WEB SITE AND THEY STILL CARRIED THE FILTERS FOR MY MODEL.INFACT THE COMPANY HAS HAD SOME REALLY GREAT DEALS.
IF MY HUMIDIFIER SHOULD DECIDE TO QUIT, I WOULD BUY A NEW HOLMES PRODUCT.
