It's what my humidifier required and does the job. I recommend however that it be flipped over periodically to keep the entire filter moist and prevent it from drying out.

Site lists HM-1740 on "works with" tab. Filter too large for HM-1740 humidifier. Returned filters, but I was not refunded the shipping costs.
