I bought these filters to replace one that I have had for 5-6 years. After 4-6 weeks, it was in worse shape than the old. The Black webbing around the foam just falls apart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered a number of these filters so I would have them on hand when they need replacing. I like them except for the "soft" edges that tend to crimp if you don't get them in just right. Hopefully there is a way to make them more sturdy for inserting into the machine?
