excellent product..only thing water refill should be on top to pour instead of lugging it out and openinglower end cartridge.also adjustment for desired humidity level.

Vornado Ultrasonic humidifier works great. I was looking for a humidifier that I could put on the floor, and small enough to hide behind a plant arrangement. I love the fact that I can fill it and it was 2 -4 days. It keeps our bedroom humidity level up without damaging adjacent areas.It is simple to operate, and I know I sleep better because of it.

I had my Vornado for 1 year and it stopped working after we brought it out for our second winter season. It worked great the 1st season and we ran it literally 24/7. I contacted Vornado our 2nd season to inquire about the warranty as it no longer worked and it was a breeze to have replaced. I simply cut the cord, took a picture and emailed - and they sent me a new one! WOW! How is that for SERVICE! I don't know of any other company I have dealt with that made this process sooo easy!!! I am a customer for life knowing they back their products like this!

White Dust

I changed my furnace filter on Jan. 1, 2013. Began using the product on Jan. 6. Today is Jan. 18 and I've had to change my furnace filter 5 times already. The filters become so full of white dust, it looks like plaster, that the furnace shuts down. One review suggested distilled water. I hope this remedies the problem. I'm getting tired of dusting every day.
