My printer is 10+ years old. Replaced printheads and now it works like new again. Very happy.

Print head came in a reasonable time, but will not align. I found the engineer's menu and set it so it doesn't constantly try to align. It's aligned, just doesn't "know" it.

I've had my Officejet for a number of years, and I've replaced the print heads twice, last week and 4 years ago. No problems.
