This product is a workhorse!

After 26,000 pages its was time to change "both" print heads. Ordering on line was fast and easy. Next day delivery at no extra charge! Easy installation. My HP Officejet Pro 8500 Premier is back in business, and good for another 26,000+ pages.

This product was received quickly from the supplier. We had tried a product from another supplier and, even though it fit into the machine, we were still left with the same problem we had experienced before the new installation. Once these were installed, our machine was functioning like new.

It is still printing out proofs of the colors

3 pages of the same stuff.
The machine won't quit printing out proofs of colors.
The last two print heads (black/yellow and Magenta/cyan) did not work, I had to replace..and now the machine keeps printing out proofs of colors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In having to replace print heads, the HP products are a good choice. Shipping was timely and HP was responsive.

Best purchase, but printer is still not working

After replacing the print heads to correcdt a problem of not getting all colors to print, printer still does not work right., Now I am looking for a printer repair service in my area,,,,,,,,,,,,!
