This Particular Steamer Worked Excellent, exceeded expectations! Heats up in seconds and lasts long enough to get the Job done! You can take your time and do the Job accurately Worked Great on My Sofas and could get into every space and crack in tight areas. I want Another one! And would recommend to Everyone! "Stay Fresh"

Exploded in my hand caused burns

This is my second portable steamer and believe me I could be a spokewoman for all shark products, however, this particular one was defective. The hose leading to the sprayer came unclamped and literally exploded in my hand. I will get another one because I know things happen, but I can say I am more cautious.

I bought it third-teen years ago and I still love it I steam my mattress and sofa dog bed and pillows stuffed animals and it all looks great I enjoy my shark hand held steamer

Need a new one

I loved my shark handheld steamer and it has not stopped working. It still gets hot but no steam comes out. I went online to find a new one. To my surprise you can’t find it anywhere it is out of stock and no date when it will return or if it will return.
Any help would be greatly appreciated to know where I can find another one.

Piece of junk - Don't waste your money

Works great if it stays working. Purchased a little over a year ago and worked when purchased. Went to use again and heats up but does not produce steam. A lot of money for something that will not last. Typically like Shark products but this is a piece of junk

I loved this steamer!!! It was the BEST I’ve ever had! It did EVERYTHING & NEVER let me down. I’ve had it FOREVER & now I need a new one. Are you still selling this product?
