Product was installed when my house built in 2015. The microwave stop working less than 4 yrs. I would never recommend a GE product to anyone. My GE dishwasher that was installed with the house had to be replaced within one month . GE products are very unreliable

I have wasted my money and time with GE

Just 5 years of use - and the microwave wall start to chip. GE premium product should last longer than this.

Paint started peeling and sparks when used

Is there a recall to this product? 3 of us in our block have the same problem. This unit came with the house brand new, too much of a coincidence that too many people experiencing the same problem.
