It fit perfectly into an open space I had. Microwave is used daily and has all the bells and whistles we need.

I only bought the product because it was the only one on the market to fit this configuration. It is a product that has minimal function but for a large price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Second try works well

Within several weeks of installation, the microwave would have a motor sound and heat up without any programing from us. We had the control panel replaced under warranty. We had to turn it off at the circuit breaker. Scary but resolved.
