I can't believe what a difference this new stove makes. Granted, the old one was 30 years old and I should have expected it was no longer up to snuff, but the new one is wonderful. Sorry I waited so long.

I've had the oven for about two months. It was easy to install. It had a defective part that caused the oven light to stay on, but GE sent a repairman within one week of reporting it to them. Both the oven and microwave are working very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful built in black combo microwave/oven

Our new combo microwave/oven is beautiful to look at and very easy to operate. It has a touchpad with easy to understand uses. It's electric and it has a very hot heat in the oven. One drawback with the design is that the oven door has openings on the top. I accidently dropped water down one of the openings and it marked the glass door. We had to remove part of the door to wipe the glass clean. Won't do that again!

Had multiple issues with the panel

I bought this microwave oven combo unit to replace the existing GE that lasted 22 years. This fit the space great looks great in the kitchen. but had the control panel go out 5 times. GE came out in the 1st year and fixed it luckily I bought the extended service plan through Home depot and they came out each time to fix it but finally said it was a lemon and are replacing it. It was turning on and off by itself saying chicken strips! (at one point) and had to be turned off at the breaker. Its in my rental so the tenant and family had use of it for 3-4 weeks at a time every time it broke. had to take off work every time to find out the problem , order parts , then come back and fix it. SUPER frustrating.
I have a 30" single oven at my own house by GE and it works great, don't know if its just this model or just mine...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
