Great appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the washer and dyer 2 months ago and I'm very happy with my purchase. My wash loads are cut down by half became more can fit vs. the old washer and dyer I had. An I can fit my comforters in their. Less washes save more money. Love it

Electrolus Electric Touch Controls Dryer

Great Product but I have had some problems with it.
Cons: First the belt came off, then a blower motor caused the belt to come off again and if I set anything on top of the unit it starts making a clicking sound.
Pros: Easy to use controls. Holds very large loads. No more taking our King Size Comforter to the Cleaners.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have never had a washer and dryer that lived up to it name and did everything it said it would do. Fast and clean your clothes too. So many features .

My husband finally got me the dryer of my dreams! Finally I can have my clothes dry BEFORE my next wash load is finished. My daughter loves the steam feature to help her get ready for school in the morning. It is so nice having a true gentle cycle for all my delicates. It's great to freshen a sweater and go. The size is great for all my bulky comforters. All I can say is I love it!l

2 months after I purchased my dryer it started displaying error codes with an 800 number for the service department. So I called the number (didn't think about calling the retailer) and the rep helped me register the dryer and took care of setting up a service company to call me. I was in a panic because we had had house guests for three weeks and I had mountains of linens to wash and was expecting more house guests in a week. But they got out to us within a couple of days and repaired the dryer. So easy, no hassles and very polite. I would recommend this brand highly!! I'm very pleased with it and the service.

This was the best purchase ever i love washing now all the didn't options for washing my delicates. I no longer have to go to the laundry mat to wash my covers.

I am pleased so far with the washer and dryer I bought. I am not happy with the lack of hot water function on my washer. For some reason it doesn't pump hot water even though it is hooked up to water. I wonder if the technician didn't install it right or if it is a defect from the machine.
