Disappointing

While we thought we were buying a stable Dryer we would be able to use for years to come this dryer has failed to do the primary task of drying since day one. Even on the correct settings it does not fully dry everything. Less then 14 months in and we have already had to replace the heating element as well with no change in the performance. For the price point I would not suggest this dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a nice dryer. Good features and works great. However, we have had it for a short time and already had to have the element replaced. Gave out right after the warranty was up. I would have expected it to last longer. We use it a moderate amount. Seems like poor quality to give out so soon.

Feature-packed and huge

This dryer is like a Tardis, bigger on the inside! Seriously, I don't think I've ever had such a large-capacity dryer before. The interior light is a great feature, and the large door and opening make it easy to load/unload. I've dried a queen sized quilt no problem. There are a ton of settings, which I'm still learning. Another review said that they sometimes have to dry their clothes twice. I've only found that happens if I have a mixed load of clothes (like lightweight shirts and heavier jeans). I do think this could be remedied with the right settings.

Best Dryer I've Had

Pros: Exceptionally quiet. Huge capacity - perfect for drying comforters and large items. LED lighted drum makes it easy to locate even the tiniest item inside. Lint filter up front is easy to clean and the dryer reminds you to clean it after each load. Controls are well designed, easy to use and understand. Appreciate the "My Favorite" option and use it all the time. The "fins" in the drum are well designed and provide for ample tumbling. My previous dryer had problems with it's design and items were always "balling up" inside and not tumbling properly.
Cons: Do not like the "spring loaded" door latch. My dogs are constantly opening the door when they wag their tails into it. The chime at the end of signal is not loud enough nor long enough. Wish the display would stay lighted until I empty the dryer. To save energy, the display will turn off after awhile. I have a tendency to forget that there is a load to be folded.
Very glad I bought this dryer!

Good Product

I researched dryers looking for a high rated unit with stainless steel drum and enough cycles and features to make my wife happy. This unit fit the bill. It works as it should. Fit and finish is also good. Enough said.

I bought this dryer about a month ago and love it. It easy to operate and is packed with features. It dries clothes in a fraction of time that our old dryer did.
