Love this washer/dryer

I bought both the Electrolux washer and dryer, and I am very satisfied. For the price (less than most on the market), I feel like I got the best possible product. The machines are well made, offer plenty of options, run quietly, are efficient, beautiful, and user-friendly. I dont' think there is a better product on the market today!

Dryer - not what I expected

Within the first few loads, I noticed that clothes were still damp around waist bands etc.. Many settings to dry things but completely dry is not true. Within 3 weeks the water for the stream starting spraying water and would not shut off. I had to disconnect the water supply.
Not a happy consumer for a very expensive dryer that does not exceed my expectations at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Took a chance

First unit was DOA, second unit made awful noises when running, 1.5 years later the fan in the unit became broken. Fan has been replaced and still unit is noisy when on. I would not be surprised if unit's fan becomes broken in the near future. I would not recommend this brands product to anyone.

heating unit failure

The dryer has generally worked quite well, but I was very disappointed that a heating element in the dryer failed within the first two years. Electrolux was quite good in honoring the parts warranty, but it proved very difficult to get one of their approved service companies to repair the unit. There were very few approved repair services in my state (CT) and I ultimately had to get someone to come from a neighboring state.

I love my new appliances!

I am a grandmother with disabilities raising two grandchildren ages eight and eighteen months. These front loading appliances have been a life saver because I no longer need to bend over them to put my clothes in or take them out!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my new washer & dryer!

I am a grandma who has disabilities and is raising 2 grandchildren, one eight and one eighteen months. These new appliances are life savers because I don't have to bend over to load or unload them and everything is just a push button away!

The perfect dryer

I've owned the Electrolux dryer for about a year and a half now. It is reliable and I have yet to experience any kind of issue with it. It has myriad features - it does everything I could ever need a dryer to do (and then some, as some of the features are indeed functions I had never thought of but now use).
At six feet tall, I am taller than the average female; therefore, the pedestals are necessary in terms of a comfortable height to load/unload the machine.
The dryer runs quietly. I *really* like the flexibility afforded by various adjustable settings, i.e., the options of adjustable volume or of turning on/off the audible signals, or the ability change the direction of the door swing,
A reasonably priced, great appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!
