Good but too technical

Like the dryer but vet advanced for what I need. It stops when it wants thinking my clothes are dry and they aren't. Too smart and not actually accurate

simple to use

I bought this dryer 2 months ago to replace my 7 year old dryer(same model) which was burning my clothes. So far I have had no issues with my new dryer, I understand that the issues with the old ventilation system have been addressed and fixed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this item a month ago, and it does not dry well. I run a cycle and it finishes and the items are still damp. I run the cycle again, and it stops before the items are dry. Wish it dried better, since there are so many nice options to the dryer

With the pedestals they are just the right height.

Broken machine, can't get parts

I bought this machine 18 months ago, and already the motor, the heater and the hi limit (thermostat?) are broken. This is a pretty expensive machine, and i would not expect that it would have such a complete level of mechanical failure after only 18 months. That being said, I understand things break, but if I can't get parts and repairs completed in a timely fashion, then this appliance is completely worthless to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
