I've had my new dryer a couple months and I absolutely love it! It dries my clothes really well and the controls are easy to use :0)

Seems very low without platforms

The washer and dryer are so low I need to get on my knees to load both machines I was thinking of purchasing the platforms but the review look unpromising

Hey Jojoba, thank you for your recent purchase. The Pedestal (EPWD15IW) is an optional accessory designed to make loading and unloading the washer and dryer more convenient. The pedestal does add about another 15” to the height and additional storage to help keep your home organized . Hope this helps! Thank you, Jennifer

I can dry a whole washer load at once, it is big enough & dries faster than old dryer

This is the first new Washer/Dryer set I've purchased in 10 years and I couldn't be happier. The controls are simple to use. Both the washer and dryer are so quiet - you almost don't know they are running. The extended tumble cycle is great and really minimizes the need for ironing.

Breaks down every 6 months

Dont buy this unless you like making service calls. Motor keeps getting jammed when clothes gets stuck in drum. One time that i value my extended warranty. But now thats expired.
