The dryer is very quiet and does an excellent job drying the cloths very quickly. It looks amazing and compliments the washer very nicely.

good machine

The dryer I bought now works great once you figure out the flaws. First lets start from the beginning. The dryer came in defective. The service people fixed my machine to tip top shape. But this took a while because they carry no parts in stock. Everything had to be ordered. This took a while because two things were bad . He fixed one thing to find out something else was no good also.
Now the flaw with this machine is no drying of sneakers or floor mats. These items get caught between the drum and the blades and kiss your very very very thin drum belt goodbye. Now every day drying of clothes is good. The machine runs on lp gas and is quiet. The drum is huge so clothes come out with no wrinkles.

This item has been somewhat of a disappointment. I have owned it less than a year and have already had to have it serviced twice. It rarely dries my clothes on the first cycle. I almost always have to run another cycle to get them completely dry. Also, because of the design and shape of the drum you cannot use a fabric softener bar in it. There isn't a uninterrupted flat space long enough to accommodate it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Superb Machine

This is one great dryer! We have had front load washers and dryers for over forty years but this one is by far the best. With its huge drum and special features like steam, options for drying, etc. it has been a real pleasure to work with.
