Great machines

Love the bright red color on the washer and dryer. I also really like the many ways you can adapt the cycles to suit your own needs. It's very large, and even though there are just 2 of us, we find them perfect. No one else makes a washer door that is changeable. We live in a condo and the space requires washer on right, dryer on left. No other manufacturer allows you to do this, even if your space needs that. Thank heaven you do--don't get rid of that feature. There are many more like us out there.

We purchased both the washer and dryer and couldn't be happier with them. Word to the wise though. Be sure to check the top of the washer drum for any items stuck on top. It spins fast!!!!

Red Hot Red

Always wanted a fire engine red washer/dryer. Wanted a front loader for quite some time. So, when I saw the red hot red front load washer/dryers by Electrolux, I knew these were the machines for me. Knowing Electrolux is a high performance appliance, I put these on my wish list. Waited a couple of years and last year decided the washer/dryer would be the perfect birthday gift for me! I am so very happy with the washer/dryer and sorry I didn't purchase sooner. My clothes have never been cleaner. My husband is impressed with the $$$ we have saved on our water bill! The machines work fabulous and look beautiful. Husband happy. Wife happy. Husband happy wife is happy!!!

Good Washer

I would recommend this washer because of the size of loads it can do. The only problem I had was I had to take the pedistal off because of the vibration, it made the whole unit move and it kept pushing my dryer over. I will say if you are looking for a washer/dryer set, do NOT buy the dryer, not a good one!

Stainless steel tub, lots of interior lighting, steam to freshen, lots of different cycle combinations, detergent cup can be removed for powder detergent, door is easy to open, heats my water if it isn't hot enough, uses less water, extra rinse cycle, takes king size linens easily and it gets them clean, the front panel's button are lit and easy to read, separate tub sanitizing cycle, delay cycle and it's quiet. It doesn't have a separate rinse cycle, so use extra rinse. Use the fast wash cycle as I do sometimes to clean out my tub of grit or dog hair. I REPEAT, TAKES KING SIZE LINENS EASILY. I've washed 2 king sized blankets at one time and YES they came out clean! Gets my King size comforter clean, add steam to sanitize if needed. I can't think of any reason why I don't love my washer, except it won't load my dryer. ;)

I really like the way my washer works...but I have only had it since March and have already had to have the main board replaced. They came out promptly to fix it and solved the problem....so that means a lot to me. A company that stands behind their products and makes things right...is everything! So far...so good....I love my Electrolux even though it had a problem.

Nothing but problems

I searched and did a lot of research before purchasing this machine. From day 1 I have had nothing but trouble. It leaks from the door. It has been serviced three times and the rubber insert around the opening has been replaced. Leaks again. I would never recommend this to anyone. I would like it replaced.....
