We have owned for several months and have not had any issues. Love the quick wash cycles and the steam option.

Very happy with machine- specifically looking for machine with hand wash & delicate cycles. Most machines now do not have them as separate cycles. washes clothes quickly, safely yet still clean.

We chose Electrolux washing machine and drier, even though they were very expensive comparing to other options, because we were fed up with poor quality machines we had in the past in our rental apartments. For that price, I expected more. The drier is OK. Not great. The heat is too high, and I stopped using the programs because they either dry my laundry to much, or leave it too wet. So now I time it myself. As for the washing machine, the laundry does not get cleaned. I tried different types of detergents and different levels of heat, nothing works well unless I use the sanitize program. The rubber ring at the inside of the door catches so much dirt and filth, and of I don't leave the door wide open between loads, it gets mold and smells really bad. The detergent tray sometimes stays filled with water, so I can't apply a new detergent for the next load. Over all, I would have probably chosen something else if I had the opportunity to reverse that purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Step Up

We bought this washer when we moved into a new home. Definitely a step up in capacity and performance. Quiet with lots of options. This machine can handle everything from our bathroom rugs (used to have to take them to the cleaners) to a great Hand Wash cycle!

Replacement for 12-yr-old Kenmore Elite front load

This washer is great! It was one of the only models that included a "hand-wash" cycle, which I was accustomed to using on my previous washer. I especially like the "theater" lighting when you open the door to unload. It also fits a big load of laundry.
