Great machines! Makes you love doing laundry!

I love these machines. They are quiet, which was critical for my upstairs laundry room. The machines are huge! I finally can wash king-sized bedding, sheets, pillowcases the works in one load. They are efficient cleaning machines but gentle on my clothes... what more could you ask for?!

Best Washing Machine EVER!!!!!

Ease of use (esp. Access to Controls since I am 4'10") is perfect. Multiple options but not too complicated. My 20 year old son loves the functionality and does his own laundry!!!!

Great Choice

I've only been using the new washer for a short time; but after the original learning curve, the transition has been smooth. I'm thrilled with the choice of cycle options, cleaning results, and environmentally friendly water usage. Our Electrolux washer has proven to be a great choice.

Poor design for door hinge

Last week my washer wasn't working right. The door would close and latch enough to run a timed cycle, but not enough for the drum to engage for operation. I could not get the door open. After unplugging the machine and presumably resetting the system I was able to get the door open. When looking closer, I saw that the door was sagging and the catch was dragging on the latch mechanism. I looked at the hinge assembly and saw that some of the screws were loose. Once I tightened all of the screws the door was hanging correctly and the machine started working normally again. The screws may have loosened up over time or they may not have been tight enough in the first place. I plan on checking the screws and hinge assembly on an annual basis from now on.

My new washer

I love my new front loading Electrolux washer! It's sleek and beautiful and makes doing laundry a pleasure instead of a chore. I love the Pedistal which means no bending and lifting. I also really like the lights inside the wash drum...very high tech! It makes my laundryroom look lavish!

I really like my new washer. It's easy to use, has a lot of choices for load size, and has the soap dispenser so you can put everything in at the beginning and not worry about getting back at the rinse cycle. I also like the light inside.
