This Philips Energy Lights HF3429 really is an interesting idea that works to help improve seasonal Blues by energizing you with these lighting unit. I was actually impressed that the lights did work well and seem to give me more energy in a natural way. I felt like it was very simple to use and setup. This device is actually very small and portable and easy to move around. It works by simply plugging into an outlet to charge and works for awhile without having to recharge the unit. I noticed that after using it for awhile felt less tired and more energy. I would say that the main benefits of this unit is the fact that it's small and Compact and can be moved from room to room. It also can be worked by simply plugging in or using a rechargeable battery that is in the unit. It also has different really great settings that fully adjustable by touch. It also gives you energy in a more natural way. I received a free sample in exchange for my honest feedback.
Pros: portable, rechargeable battery, small, improves mood

Yes it really works. I do wish the battery had a longer life when charged.
I find my energy has really increased. No more dragging myself out of bed in the morning. I wake up just before the alarm goes off, and I am alert and ready to go. My overall mood has improved.
Pros: portable
Cons: would like longer battery life
