This product is lightweight and portable.

I received a free sample of the energy light to review. I enjoyed the product pretty well. Since it is portable I could take it to and from work. I love how the light is blue so it`s not too bright on your face, but it is also allows you to adjust the brightness. You do not need batteries for the light since it plugs in with an ac adapter. It felt nice having the light on at work, but not sure if gave you that much more energy. Overall I enjoyed this product and now my co-workers want to buy one.

Simple and Effective

First things first, I received a free light in exchange for an honest review of this product. I didn't initially know what to expect, but the experience was more en`lightening` than I thought it would be. The light can be adjusted higher or lower for preference, and the angle can be manipulated with the attached stand. It also has a unassuming timer on it, so you are aware of a rough estimate of how long the light has been on, but not acutely annoyed by the timer. A feature that I didn`t think I`d use, but came to enjoy, was the carrying case. The light is small enough to slip in a purse or bag for travel. Having brought it over to grandma`s house, I noticed an unexpected result of having this ambient light running- my 3-year-old nephew relaxed remarkably and was, overall, happier than usual. It is not tanning-style light lamp, so no issues with eye or skin irritation to note. Additionally, this unit charges with an included adapter. No worrying about batteries or always having to be connected to an outlet.
Pros: portable, rechargeable, adjustable, compact, safe

Great energy

I received this light as a free sample to review. I used the light through out the day for a few minutes at a time as I was getting tired. I will admit I was not very sure it would help with energy but boy was I wrong. It definitely made me feel more energized within minutes. It helps my son wake up in the mornings for school also.

Small and effective

The Philips goLite Blu is a great alternative to white light as it provides a less distracting degree of light. It`s small, light-weight, and perfect to bring while traveling when you`re cooped up in a hotel room for extended periods of time.
The actual benefits of extended periods of exposure to light are well-known and I`m excited to see how this helps me through the long winters in Massachusetts.

energy & mood help

I received the Energy Light in exchange for my online review. I use the light in the morning prior to leaving for work. I do think it helps me to wake up and it provides a bright blue light. I do feel more energetic on the days I have the light on.
I plan to bring the light to the office. I feel like, I may benefit more using it during the day, specifically after lunch. It will be nice during the cold winter months, when I am not able to be outside.
The charger is nice. It is very portable. The carrying case is a great for protecting the light while traveling or transporting to different locations.
Pros: energy benefits

Easy to use!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review of the product. I am not a medical professional so I will not be discussing the use of light therapy for Seasonal Affect Disorder, increased energy, etc. The product itself it very well built, it did not feel like cheap plastic and seems to me that it would last a long time. The light is easy to use, with a power button the side. The device emits a blue light with controls to increase or decrease the brightness. My favorite feature of the light is that it is wireless. After charging with the included cable, I was able to use it on my work desk without needing to have it near an outlet. While the light is bright, I did not feel like it impaired me from being able to work on my computer while it was on next to it. I would highly recommend this particular energy light due to its ease of use, wireless capability, and being well crafted.
Pros: wireless, well made, easy to use

Product works great

I received a free Philips goLite Blu to test out. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical at first, but I found that even a quick ten minutes in the morning really improved my overall energy levels. I wouldn`t say it improved my mood, but especially on overcast or cloudy days I noticed I had more energy. The one thing I didn`t like is how bright the light is even on the lowest setting. It took a little getting used to. Also, my lifestyle is very active so having a stretch of time where I am sitting in one place for 10-20 minutes at a time is very rare. There is some mobility once the light is charged, but it would definitely be more ideal if I could have set it down in front of me and left it. Will I continue to use it? Yes, definitely on cloudy our overcast days. Would I recommend it? If you experience slight dips of energy when the days are not so sunny, or spend good amounts of time closed off from the sun, then I think this could be beneficial.
Pros: gave me a little energy boost, lightweight and easy to use
Cons: very bright, not as convenient for active lifestyle

Excellent Product

I was surprisingly shocked at how much I have enjoyed this product! If you sit at a desk and feel like you are going to fall asleep while you are working, this is great to have sitting in front of you. I am not sure how it does it, but I was practically falling asleep at work one day and I turned this on for about 20 mixtures and stopped yawning and felt wide awake. One thing I have noticed is that I tend to leave it on longer than I should. It says you should only do it for a certain amount of time, but sometimes I accidentally leave it on for more than an hour. I would say if you could fix anything I would say it should have an automatic turn off after it hits an hour. Overall, I received this in exchange for an honest review, and I will have to say that I am impressed with this product! I would definitely recommend getting it!
