oven light

Just purchased for kitchen remodel. Looks wonderful. (2) issues. Cannot turn light on in oven while using. If you need to check for browning, you must open oven door, which loses heat. Also timer sound is very low. Must be close by to hear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
