We had our old oven for 17 years and a power surge damaged it beyond repair, so we bought the newer equivalent because the previous one served us so well.

I bought this a few months ago and still can't get the cook timer to work. This is not acceptable. I'll be calling the customer service line soon. Was a real pain over Thanksgiving.

I'm satisfied with good quality and features. The only thing I dislike is the way the timer only counts down in minutes not seconds.

Great wall oven...only issue we've had is that it cooks a little hotter than what we are used to. Other than that, we love it.

This is my first wall oven, purchased to replace a very old model in the condo I recently purchased. So far everything about it has been great -- temperature is true, easy to use and very attractive.
