Sorry I asked my son to get me an A3 printer-
forgot to say scanner with it -so am stuck with 2 printers-oh well will do it myself another time. But find as with most HP gear it workd OK

Much better than the older A3 printer, very fast printing.
Printed labels much easier and more reliable than the previous model I had.

Seems to do a lot of noisy head cleaning.
Never switches completely off, often get the one light on to renew printing and have to switch on and off to get rid of it.
It has grabbed several pages at once but still pleased with it.
Nothing is perfect.

The second one has been great...and quiet...

I'm afraid the first version of the product I received was dodgy, it made horrible squeaking sounds while it was used and it enjoyed swallowing paper. My boss was using it downstairs and I started to hear it loud and clear upstairs.
However, I got in touch with the HP team and they came and delivered a brand new printer to swap the other one out and since then it's been absolutely fine. There's always got to be an odd one in the batch, but Hp handled it brilliantly and very quickly. Great service.

Best printer I've had

Bought the Office jet a few months ago and I have already saved one of my relatives a £1000 on wedding stationary. Apart from the normal wedding stuff I also did a seating plan which was four times the size of A3 with her three children faded into the background, hotel staff commented they haden't seen anything like it which is proof that this printer can produce anything. Five stars, 100% and I would buy the same model again if I had to.

Unwanted Software!

No problems with the replacement Officejet 7000 Wide Format,as yet, but the software that came with it, (uninvited),which appears to constantly monitor our usage, is clogging up the already overloaded PC!

I have had this printer for just over 12 months and as it is out of warranty so HP will not help but it is not working properly at all. It has not worked very well since day one but as it was a secondary printer it did not matter. I have had 3 HP printers within the last 5 years and have to say this is by far the worst i have had !
The printer refuses to print a whole page and does not start printing on the paper until 5 inches in!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
