I have only had this dryer a few weeks, but so far it does the job nicely. One feature I would love to see added is a "touch up" button you can push without having to turn the dial, which would just run the dryer for 15-20 minutes (which could be adjusted with the up/down time buttons).

WE have been mostly buying Whirlpool or Kitchen Aid products for over 30 years. While we have had a few other brands, we have never been as satisfied as with Whirlpool. This product is no exception. 8 Years ago we purchased another set of Duet Products from whirlpool which we left behind when we moved. While they were great, this product is even better. It is quieter than the prior unit which was not bad at all. Everythingabout this unit has been as good or even better than our prior Whirlpool set. Performance is as good as it gets, it's quite and it looks great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Great Work Horse

Could not be happier with this machine, replaced an older Duet Sport model. Super quiet with many cleaning settings to choose from. The steam option has proven itself to provide that extra cleaning power I was looking for. Overall a great product for the money.
