I bought high efficient top loading of different Brand and was leaving some particles in the clothes after rinsin. I returned it within one month and purchased this one. My wife didn't like the front loading due to her ,first experienced with one at her workplace but now she's been recommended to friends. I wish I knew it long time ago.

Works great and is quiet. Lots of choices for a variety of washing. I can stuff my giant down comforter in there and it still gets clean. My only complaint would be that it defaults to fastest spin cycle which knots my clothes up.

In the 5 months I have owned this washer, I have not yet used a couple of wash cycles, but am happy with its overall performance. The only down side, and it is not tremendously important to me, is that the cycles take a much longer time to wash than my previous old fashioned top loaders. I like that it uses less water, so I guess that's the trade off. And there is a quick cycle that I haven't explored. :) Never had a front loader before, love the large capacity, just takes some getting used to. So far so good!

Perfect Size

The 3.8 cu. ft. size works well for a 2-3 person household. We wash whites, jeans and causal loads once every 7-8 days. Wife's sister does her loads separate, about 2 per week.The wash setting allow you to change as desired. We have not used the steam setting yet, it was more of a nice to have for us.
