Beter than '08

I almost quit TT this year due to many issues I had with last year; double billing of purchases done online, purchasing a recommended program that was found to be useless for my issue, diffic ulty getting a person to help by phone. However, I gave it a try again this year and found the improvements were user friendly...and I will come back again next year!

I was very pleased with the Turbo Tax program. I was amazed at how easy it was to use and how it covered every question that I had. I would definitely use it again!

I was glad to see you removed the fee to e-file it was disappointing and really slowed down the process - great job this year but I had a problem since going to Windows 7 from retreiving my last years data
