Turbo Tax staff were no help on this issue, even after 5 weeks.
Totally Unacceptable - what is the interest on $8,000 - $50 perhaps - that is what you cost me beyond the purchase

Difficult to return to specific form in previous years return. No explanation of "traditional" vs "rollover" IRA's.

Turbo Tax gets easier to use each year. Having all earlier data saved and at your disposal is invaluable.

I was able to breeze through the preparations for my tax form and even enjoyed efileing for the first time. I was perplexed by the complexity of the state efile refund. Now, instead of having to file my tax forms with the IRS, I have to file a rebate form with Intuit. What's the difference? I recommend an instant rebate so your customers won't have to go thru this lengthy manual process. I had to do it 3 times for myself and kids.

Lack of Information

Intuit doesn't explain anywhere that the Copy B 1099-R that shows federal income tax withheld doesn't have to be sent to the IRS when you e-file. Also, I e-mailed them to ask about it and they didn't respond to the e-mail. They need to add this information to their program and they need to respond to all questions submitted to them by customers.

Awkward interface

I really appreciate the fact that TurboTax brings forward last year's information and helps me make decisions.
However, I find it quite annoying that during lengthy sections, such as deductions, I have to scroll down to the bottom of the page after each deduction to advance. How about putting that "next deduction" button at both the top and bottom? Or at least remember where I was and position me correctly like 90% of websites do.
