Still Convenient and Valuable

The height of annoying marketing came up when I was pestered over and over again to consider purchase of State tax preparation capability. The application knew that I live in Florida, and it probably knows that Florida does not have a state income tax.

Almost Got it Right

Turbo Tax does everything else well, but it's been several years now that they can't figure out that we don't have state taxes in Texas. It's truly annoying to continue to be prompted to file state taxes when we have none.
Why not a simple question at the start of the process that asks if you have to file state taxes? If the answer is no, then don't ask. Constantly. At every step. It's truly annoying.
