The Federal Return took a lot of time, but was ok. The price for the State Return was a TOTAL RIPOFF, so I did it manually.

Mixed bag

Although I like the program interface better than last year's, I continually had problems starting the program, sometimes it would show the Turbotax logo but the program would not open, or would give me an error mesage, and not open. whenever I wanted to use the program I had do do a "Repair Turbotax" from the Control Panel>Install remove programs>Turbotax before the program could open succesfully .

Not as good as previous years

You raise the prices, but make use more difficult. Next year I may try some of the other tax programs on the market. I have used turbotax since 1993.

Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. It takes you through each section step by step. The only issue I have with the product is going to the forms and understanding the different schedules, like Schedue A and B. This was difficult if you have a 1099 DIV, that is not very stratight forward.
