Problems with Turbo Tax

TURBO TAX ENTERED A STOCK SALE TWICE ON SCHEDULE D. I DELETED THE EXTRA ENTRY. I THEN HAD AN ERROR PREVENTING ME FROM E-FILING. AFTER SPENDING ABOUT AN HOUR ON THE PHONE WITH A TURBO TAX CONSULTANT, WE GOT THIS FIXED. TURGB TAX WAS MUCH EASIER TO USE TEN YEARS AGO. TWO YEARS AGO I DID MY TAXES BY HAND SINCE I HAD AN OLD VERSION OF WINDOWS NOT SUPPORTED BY TT, AND IT WAS MUCH FASTER TO DO BY HAND.

Turbot Tax was easy to use and they basically walked you through each step. I did have a couple of questions that i couldn't find the answer to but maybe that was because I purchased the basic software.

Maybe you have it somewhere but I could not find a way to find out what the different meanings of the different color codes was. It would be helpful if it was easier to find answers to how to use TurboTax from the program viewpoint. You have it covered from the IRS point of view but not from the, "how to use the program" point of view.
