Kept asking me to buy things. This was annoying. This year it would not logon to my bank accounts and automatically get the interest earned. Had to search to find the address to mail the tax forms even though I indicated I would mail them. All these issues did not exist in previous years.

Had a rejection from IRS due to an error on my part, turbo tax explained the problem, walked me through the correction process and E- filed my return at no extra charge......very satisfied
